Description: IL-17A/F Human Recombinant protein produced in E. coli is a heterodimeric, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 1 monomeric subunit of each IL-17A and IL-17F. The active dimer contains 271 amino acids and having a total molecular mass of 30.7 kDa.

Source: Escherichia coli.

Physical Appearance: Sterile filtered white lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Formulation: Lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution containing no additives.

Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Interleukin Human IL-17A/F in sterile water not more than 1mg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability: Lyophilized interleukin Human IL-17A/F is stable at room temperature for a week, should be stored below -20°C. Upon reconstitution Human IL-17A/F should be stored below -20°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).

Please avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Purity and Protein Content: Greater than 98.0% as determined by Reducing and Non-reducing SDS-PAGE.
