Description: Interleukin-17E Human Recombinant protein produced in E. coli is a homodimeric, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 146 amino acids and having a molecular mass of 33.7 kDa.

The IL-25 Human is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Physical Appearance: Sterile Filtered White lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder.

Formulation: Lyophilized from a concentrated (1mg/ml) solution containing no additives.

Solubility: It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Interleukin Human IL25 in sterile 10mM HCL not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.

Stability: Lyophilized Interleukin Human IL17E although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -20°C. Upon reconstitution Human IL-25 should be stored for future use below -20°C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).

Please avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
